10 tips to lose weight effectively
1. SET A GOAL AND A
TIMETABLE
These must be realistic and not detrimental to your health. Example,
aim to lose a maximum of 1 KG a week. By losing weight faster, your body will
instead eliminate water and muscle mass and not fat. You will also avoid
weakening or dehydrating yourself.
2. MOVE MORE
Thirty minutes of physical activity a day at least will help
you reach your goal. You can divide these minutes into several sessions. Take
the stairs instead of the elevator, walk or cycle to work, play with your kids!
If you want to start a more intensive exercise program, you should first talk
to your doctor.
3. EAT BALANCED

of advice for a balanced diet. Whenever possible, include protein, fruits or
vegetables and starchy foods in all your meals.

Eat smaller portions, but more often, three small meals and
one or two snacks a day. This will allow you to control your hunger.
5. EAT MORE SLOWLY
You will allow the satiety signals to warn you before eating
too much.
6. DRINK A LOT OF
WATER
Water not only helps to quell the feeling of hunger, but it
also helps you hydrate properly and ensure the proper functioning of several
vital processes of the body.
7. HAVE LUNCH
Breakfast is one of the most important meal of the day. It
will give you enough energy to attack your day on the right foot. Eat lighter
at night.
8. REDUCE YOUR
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
Beer and other alcoholic beverages contain a lot of
calories. In general, it is recommended that women consume a maximum of 10
drinks a week (at most, 2 drinks a day), and that men consume a maximum of 15
(at most, 3 drinks a day). Limit your alcohol intake further when you want to
lose weight.
9. LEARN TO DETECT
HARMFUL FOODS
Some foods do not forgive in terms of sugar, fats or
calories. This is the case, for example, deli meats, sweets, soft drinks, etc.
Prefer fruit, vegetables and other healthy snacks when you have a craving.

with them, Go for Walking, Trekking, Cycling or cook with them and ask them to
support you in your weight loss approach. Trust them in the most difficult
times.
